Heart Failure / Resynchronization Therapy

In addition to heart and lung transplantation, we are using robotics to make biventricular pacing (resynchronization therapy) and defibrillator therapy available to more patients. If you were a candidate for a biventricular pacer but it could not be placed due to inability to get one of the pacing wires in place, we can position these in the proper area on the surface of the heart using robotics. We have one of the largest experiences in the USA for this procedure and have reported our results at various meetings around the world.
